About Jonathan Finnerty

Jonathan Finnerty grew up with his mother, Loretta, father, Michael, and brothers, Justin and Jason, in Coram, New York.  Jonathan was always a happy and outgoing boy, had tons of friends and got along with everyone.  After graduating from Longwood High School, Jonathan moved to Astoria to attend Queens College, before moving to Ohio, after accepting his dream job as a flight attendant.  Jonathan has always been a natural helper.  That being said, it is no surprise that he was an amazing flight attendant, who moved up to a senior position very quickly, and even helped save two people's lives while working; one man who had been bitten by a spider, just before boarding Jonathan's flight, and a woman who was choking, whom Jonathan had to perform CPR on.  When Jonathan and his husband and The CJ Team Co-founder, Christopher, first met, they talked many times about starting their own business and working together.  After Jonathan resigned from being a flight attendant, to accept a job as a federal employee, they decided to start The CJ Team, an award winning real estate team, built on a foundation of community, kindness and inclusivity.  As the team's co-founder, Jonathan is an intricate part of the business, bringing his education and work experience, to help provide their clients with top tier customer service, through his optimism, ability to de-escalate situations and genuine demeanor.  Serving all of Long Island, from Western Nassau to the East End, Jonathan, along with Christopher and the entire CJ Team, pride themselves on conducting their business ETHICALLY, HONESTLY and PASSIONATELY, in order to help everyone find their oasis!  On a personal note, Jonathan loves gardening, building things and spending time with Christopher and their pack of rescue dogs.
