Nick was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and good at what he did! With his help, we were able to find the perfect home for our family and stayed within our budget. We were incredibly anxious that we wouldn't be able to find anything (especially in this market), but with Nick's help, we had an accepted offer within only a few weeks. He was incredibly accessible and responsive, we would send him long lists of houses we were interested in, and he would reply back with information on each and every one.
